Insource Insights – Terms of Use
(Supplemental to Standard Terms of Use)
These Insource Insights Terms of Use (“Insights Terms”) apply to the optional Insights product (“Insights”) offered by Insource.
These Insights Terms are supplemental to and form part of the Insource Master Services Agreement / Standard Terms of Service (“Terms of Use”).
In the event of any inconsistency between these Insights Terms and the Standard Terms, these Insights Terms prevail solely in relation to the Insights product.
1. Trial Period
1.1 Eligible customers may be invited to commence a fourteen (14) day free trial of Insights (“Trial Period”).
1.2 During the Trial Period:
Customers may cancel Insights at any time within the App.
No subscription fees will be charged if cancelled within the Trial Period.
1.3 Customers will receive three (3) in-app or email notifications prior to the end of the Trial Period reminding them:
The Trial Period is ending; and
Continued use beyond the Trial Period will result in billing.
1.4 If the customer does not cancel prior to expiry of the Trial Period, the customer will automatically transition to a paid monthly subscription.
2. Subscription Fees and Billing
2.1 The subscription fee for Insights is $250 per month (plus GST, unless stated otherwise).
2.2 If the Trial Period ends part-way through a calendar month, the first invoice will be pro-rated for the remainder of that month.
Example:
If the Trial Period ends on 15 April and the customer continues using Insights from 16 April, the customer will be invoiced approximately $125 for April.
2.3 Thereafter, customers will be invoiced $250 per month until cancellation.
3. Cancellation
3.1 Customers may cancel Insights at any time via the in-App cancellation function.
3.2 Cancellation will take effect immediately for future billing cycles.
3.3 If cancellation occurs during a billing month:
The customer will have access for the remainder of the month and be invoiced for the full month in which cancellation occurs.
No partial refunds will be provided.
Example:
If a customer cancels on 15 June, they will be invoiced the full $250 for June.
4. Reactivation
4.1 Customers may reactivate Insights at any time via the App.
4.2 Upon reactivation, the customer will be invoiced $250 for the applicable billing month (pro-rated if reactivated part-way through a month).
5. General
5.1 Insights is an optional add-on product and does not alter the fees or obligations under the customer’s primary Insource subscription.
5.2 All other provisions of the Standard Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
6. Data Use and Restrictions
6.1 Insights data, analytics, benchmarking outputs, visualisations and related materials (“Insights Data”) are provided for the customer’s internal business use only.
6.2 Customers may:
View, analyse and internally share Insights Data within their organisation;
Download or capture limited extracts for internal reporting or decision-making purposes.
6.3 Customers must not:
Systematically copy, scrape, extract or reproduce Insights Data;
Create a competing product or dataset using Insights Data;
Resell, redistribute or provide Insights Data to third parties (other than professional advisers under confidentiality obligations);
Use automated tools to bulk export or harvest Insights Data.
