What is Insights?
Insights gives you unparalleled access to market composition and people movement across any location and firm in Australia and New Zealand. You can use this for reporting, recruitment market mapping, M&A or business development.
Insights contains 4 modules that displays information over a rolling 12 months – updated monthly.
Composition Insights – where you can examine any city or region or specific firm(s) to see the mix of PAE (PQE), practice area, median tenure of current employees, headcount and hires and leavers by firm size.
Comparison Insights – where you can benchmark your firm against others on key metrics such as hires, leavers and headcount.
Movement trends – where you can examine by competitor firms or location to see where lawyers are being hired from and where they’ve gone to.
My Insights – where you can view your favourite saved Insights - so you can keep coming back to them as the data updates monthly.
How does it work?
Simply select the filters at the top to select your:
Location
Firm size (auto defaults from 5-500+ in staff size
Organisation (to see specific firms)
Time range - the last 12 months, 9 months, 6 months or 3 months.
Using those filters you can look at market composition
When looking at comparison and movement insights you can also look at headcount, hires and leavers.
How do I find Insights?
Simply click on the Insights menu in your navigation bar or click on the link from your Dashboard.
If you haven't subscribed to Insights, you'll be able to start a 14 day trial which you can cancel anytime.
How much does it cost?
Insights is an add-on feature.
It costs $250 per month. You can cancel anytime but be aware that the data updates monthly.
