AI Search
Our AI search function allows you to type in any kind of query to find the people you are looking for rather than having to think about what filters to use.
You can ask anything. For example:
"Find me a lawyer from a magic circle firm specialising in commercial law"
"An intermediate or junior commercial property specialist in Sydney"
"Lawyers in London connected to my firm"
Or you can simply copy / paste your job advertisement in the search bar and it will find the people you need for a role that you can create from the search bar.
The search results will then select the filters for you and give you the list of candidates.
The AI Search bar can be found at the top of any page.
You can see that when you type your query, that you will have options to immediately create a live role using that search OR just simply running a search where AI does the work for you.
You can also search for individuals like this.
After typing in your query you can also check what actions you can take, any live roles that already contain that search query, any pages that contain that search query or only display the people. Note, that if your query does not contain a persons name, that there will be no results under the People tab.
AI Adjust
Additionally, we have an AI Adjust option which helps you refine and expand your search with a query. This can be found by clicking on the orange orb beside your filters.
Simply type in anything you wish to expand or refine your existing search.
For example, you could type something like, "add Brisbane as a location" or, "PAE from 2-5 years"
AI Suggest
AI Suggest, makes your lives even easier as AI suggests for you the filters you could add to expand or refine your list further.
When you click on the orange orb, you will see a list of AI suggestions. All you need do is click on any of them, and voilà, your search is refined with further filter adjustments.
